We deliver to EU countries as agreed.

Goods are generally shipped after advance payment. The delivery time is about 6 working days from receiving the order and confirming the order. Standard shipping costs are approximately € 9.90. However, they vary depending on the volume and type of packaging. At the latest during the order process or with the final order confirmation, you will be shown the final shipping costs, which you can check and accept. Bulky or oversized goods will also be shipped by a shipping agent only after an agreement has been reached with you. For technical reasons, an order may be split into several packages. There is no additional charge for small quantities. You must inspect the goods delivered for damage as soon as they are received. Any defects must be reported immediately in writing (by e-mail, fax or letter). Otherwise, the goods are considered to be accepted.

We ship only brand new goods directly from Germany, with DPD, UPS, DHL, GLS, TNT or with a German-EU shipping agency. If, however, there should be a problem, write an email to:
